Do you think there is a future and how do you envision it?

The NY times and Washington Postare full of worthless political lies anyway so I for onw would be glad to see them both close their doors.  The days of honest newpaper reporting is OVER…

I think the physical newspaper is coming to an end. From an ecological point of view, that’s a wonderful savings of paper and plastic.

I’ll miss the little surge of excitement I get when I look out the window at 0430 and see my paper on the driveway!

I’ll miss eating breakfast while reading the paper.

Reading the newspaper online is the future…in fact we have already begun the change. The future of newspapers is here- at insidenove, at washingtonpost.com, in twitter and facebook and web blogs.

What we don’t want to lose is professional journalists…people who know how to report the news without bias.Writers who can give us the the five “W’s” will always be needed and relevant.
